This stunning, never been worn (size 6) ivory Oleg Cassini satin dress is adorned with lace applique and 13,000 beads that have been sewn on by hand. Elegant satin buttons extend down the length of the dress and classic chapel train. The pictures I have posted are of myself in the sample dress at David’s Bridal. I am 5’ 2.5” and am wearing 5” heels, so this dress can easily be worn by a much taller bride. The pictures also show the suggested alterations to make the dress fit like a glove, as well as a possible gorgeous bustle style. They suggested that I order a size six, and get it taken in at certain places for the best fit. The pictures also show a belt that was pinned on to see what straps would look like with the dress, but is not included or attached. I changed my mind about the dress, not the groom, in case you were wondering :). I bought the dress in March of this year, and it is still listed at the same price on the David’s Bridal website. Included with the dress is a separate size XS trumpet slip to help accentuate the dress’s glamorous bottom flare (also from David’s Bridal), an $80 value. Congratulations on your engagement! I hope this enchanting dress brings you immense happiness on your wedding day, but pales in comparison to the abundant joy you experience throughout your marriage.
