Majority of alternations done around bodice and includes a professional sewn-in bodice so that dress does not fall down at all even with lots of dancing/moving. Size 8 was recommended size, though I typically wear a size 0/2 and it was adjusted to fit. Cups sewn into bust that can easily be removed. I wanted a timeless, modern, elegant and sexy dress. This dress fit the bill.
