Classic Ivory silk faille v-neck trumpet gown with dramatic ruffle back detail from the Spring 2018 Oscar de la Renta Collection.
Alteration & Fit Details: I wanted this dress so bad and the order time was longer than I had time for. They happened to have someone that ordered the Landon in a size 16 and decided not to pick up the dress so they re-sold it to me. The dress was a special order as the girl had the neckline raised a bit and made without the sheer netting. The neckline ended up working perfectly for me since I have a large bust (34DD).
I had to have the dress altered quite a bit to fit my size 8 body. I am approx. 5 ft 4 inches and wore 4.5-inch heel.
There are a few minor spots that I took photos of close up so you can see. The main spot is behind the ruffles in the back. The ruffles cover it and honestly not even sure how it got there.
My husband and I eloped so I had the dress on for a total of about 3 or 4 hours.
