Timeless Strapless A-Line Wedding Dress with High Leg Slit
This dress is a modern, minimalist, and classic style. Although the listing says ivory it is quite a white ivory. It was customized to have a rounded neckline as opposed to the original Aja design which has pointed edges on the neckline. This makes for a softer more natural look. This dress is a-line style and beautifully accentuates your waist while leaving room for you to move and dance around comfortably. It has a long cathedral train which bustles up. It also has buttons down the back to the waistline.
Alterations consisted of the removal of a significant amount of material as I had lost weight before the wedding. I also removed a layer of tulle to get rid of a more ballgown look and added a second layer of tinted tule to the plunging neckline to make it a little less transparent (this can be easily removed if desired). The normal size I wear is a size 4 and my measurements are 34” bust and 26.5 waist. Hips really don’t matter since the dress is a-line and different size hips will fit perfectly under the dress. My height is 5’2”.
